In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of our sales promotions. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that our promotions are successful and meet our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions, including display setups, sampling, and point-of-sale materials.,Support the Sales team in achieving their targets by promoting our products effectively.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new promotions and products.,Assist in the evaluation of promotion performance and provide feedback to the Marketing team.,Maintain accurate records of promotion activities and sales data.,Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotion execution.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and promotional strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.,Available to work full-time and willing to travel as needed.,Passionate about sales and marketing, with a strong interest in the tea industry.,Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
