- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Implement and monitor operational processes using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO operations management.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management discipline is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with BPO software and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Salesforce.
