Salon Gilang Fruit is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Cengkareng. We are a leading fruit and vegetable retail chain, committed to providing the freshest and highest quality produce to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our store meets all health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the store is maintained to a high standard.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

  • Work closely with the regional manager and other store managers to ensure that our stores are running efficiently and effectively.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fresh produce industry.
    • ,
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • ,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
    • ,
  • Proven experience in inventory management, sales, and customer service.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
