In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company receives the necessary goods and services at the best possible prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
