Sehati Hendra Fruit is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of our dishes, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene. This is a remote position, but you will be based in Seminyak, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Manage and train kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Control inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Experience with tropical and Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
