📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
