📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the sales counter operations, including stock management and customer service.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with basic computer and sales software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
