📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
