📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong strategic and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
