📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
• Ensure all orders are packed according to company standards and shipped on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
• Participate in inventory management activities, including stock taking and restocking.
• Adhere to quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training new team members to maintain high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
