📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and intelligent factory automation systems using industry-leading tools like Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective system designs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, manuals, and user guides.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in factory automation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for factory automation systems.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory automation systems design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Certifications in relevant automation technologies, such as Siemens S7, Rockwell Automation, or similar.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
