📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux-based systems.
Perform network administration tasks, ensuring network security and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues promptly.
Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, implementing best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
Strong knowledge of server and network operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
