As our HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from onboarding new hires to managing employee relations and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday.
• Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a related role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with a focus on Bali.
• Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday, or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
