Cloud Crystal Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing payments, handling cash, and providing change.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash registers and customer service areas.,Learn and understand our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.,Assist in inventory management by counting and recording stock levels.,Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
