📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and growth.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and best practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
