📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions to support our applications.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features and functionalities.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.,Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.,Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).,Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).,Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.,Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
