📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven experience in kitchen management and staff supervision.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and lead by example.,High school diploma or equivalent.
