In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our food processing facility, ensuring that all equipment and processes are running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and a proven track record of successfully managing technical teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the food processing facility, ensuring that all equipment and processes are running efficiently and safely.,Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.,Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on technical operations and safety procedures.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve production efficiency and product quality.,Ensure that all technical operations are conducted in accordance with HACCP and ISO standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food processing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams and overseeing technical operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards, including HACCP and ISO.,Familiarity with food processing equipment and machinery.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

🛠️ Keahlian
