📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.,Support the operations team in managing and maintaining office equipment and technology.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and documents.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Assist in the planning and organization of office events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the operations manager and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an office or administrative environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
