📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Mandiri Food products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
