Mitracomm Ekasarana is seeking a dedicated Sales Merchant Specialist to join our team in Central Java. As a Sales Merchant Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling QRIS and Gopay services to merchants in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of digital payment solutions in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and approach potential merchant clients to promote QRIS and Gopay services.,Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of QRIS and Gopay services.,Negotiate and close sales deals with merchants to secure contracts and subscriptions.,Provide ongoing support and training to merchants on how to use QRIS and Gopay services effectively.,Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of QRIS and Gopay services and their benefits.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Familiarity with the Central Java market and merchant landscape is a plus.
