In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing leasing strategies for our premium commercial and retail properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for assigned properties.,Negotiate leases and manage tenant relationships to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure property condition.,Prepare and present leasing reports and KPIs to senior management.,Attend and participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants, landlords, and industry partners.,Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international leasing laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in the commercial or retail sector.,Proven track record of success in lease negotiations and tenant retention.,Strong knowledge of the local market and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant leasing software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel and site visits.
