📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics team,Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition,Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Provide training and support to the logistics team,Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory,Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the shipping process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
