📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.,Lead and mentor junior pastry chefs, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Create and maintain a menu of pastries that aligns with our brand and customer expectations.,Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality pastries.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with local and international market trends and customer preferences.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
