📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail banking clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and service improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail banking.,Represent Sentosa Banking at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the banking sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
