📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the production team in maintaining and optimizing production processes,Monitor production equipment and ensure it is in good working condition,Conduct regular quality checks on production outputs,Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes,Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure production processes align with product development goals,Provide technical support to the production team,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures,Familiarity with production equipment and tools,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
