📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product brochures and datasheets,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and support resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with documentation management systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
