📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, with attention to detail and creativity.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands, to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, ensuring a consistent and high-quality product.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist in training new baristas and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of coffee beans and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new coffee preparation techniques to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience.
