📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct credit checks and risk assessments to evaluate loan applications.
• Collaborate with the credit committee to make loan approval decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
• Stay informed about the latest financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial education programs for members.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, credit scoring, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with loan processing software such as LoanPro or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
