• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Implement and monitor operational processes using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO operations management.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management discipline is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with BPO software and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Salesforce.
