📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain cash register and ensure proper handling of cash and credit card transactions,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries and concerns,Count and balance cash at the end of each shift,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Keen eye for detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial records,Ability to operate cash register and point-of-sale systems,Friendly and professional demeanor
