📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Provide comprehensive HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including incident rates and compliance status.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal processes.
• Foster a strong HSE culture within the organization, encouraging employee engagement and participation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Professional certification in HSE, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HSE software tools, such as SAP EHS or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
