📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage night shift warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse maintenance standards.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance team performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or warehouse industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a night shift environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
