📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations including inventory control and sales targets
• Train and develop a high-performing retail team of 10-15 employees
• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store's physical space
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards across all locations
• Participate in store audits and quality control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the knitting or garment industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
