Mitra10 is seeking a skilled Building Technician to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
• Conduct inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of building systems.
• Work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment such as AutoCAD, BIM, and specialized maintenance software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Assist in the planning and execution of major facility projects and renovations.
• Provide technical support and training to other maintenance staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance are a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in facility management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and other specialized maintenance software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
